We were delighted to be visited by the Energy Minister Graham Stuart and to receive such high praise from him about our technology to reduce the environmental impact of the textile industry.

Mr Stuart described Alchemie’s work as "extraordinarily exciting" and said that technology like that developed by Alchemie would "lower the cost of our products and reduce the energy [used]". He added: "The drive for net zero actually contributes to lowering people's bills and it's more sustainable both financially and environmentally. As we can see these technological advances, we can see that going to net zero is going to create jobs and prosperity and also lower living costs."

Alchemie was awarded money from the government's Energy Entrepreneurs Fund to help develop our technologies to reduce the environmental impact of the textile industry.
